Discussing the plumbing at Gad's Hill Place, mentioning that he has told the plumber to "do what he thinks best." Noting "they are now forcing long sticks through the choked pipes, which I foresee will come out into the eye of a man who is at present lying on his stomach looking in at the other end of the pipe -- who will be blinded -- and who will have a claim to be supported for life."
